​Originally born in Kashmir in 1979, I spent the first five years of my life wandering around India with my parents - classic hippies and avid travelers. Fate took us to Ibiza, Spain, where my family built a house and eventually settled. I consider myself very lucky to have been able to spend my youth and the early phases of my spiritual development in such a lively environment.

I have been practicing Buddhist meditation techniques and various martial arts since I was a child. It was my Kung Fu teacher who introduced me to the ways of Reiki and Yoga. I was later initiated into the powerful meditation techniques of Kriya Yoga, which became an essential part of my spiritual practice.

I am a certified yoga teacher (Y.T.T.C), Reiki master (teacher level) and business coach and have an MA in philosophy and religion from the FU Berlin. I am currently based in Berlin and the Swiss Alps, where I have been offering my method “The Complete Coaching” since 2008.
